A leading chairmanship aspirant in Oluyole Local Government, Hon. Trimisiyu Agbolagade Olalekan, popularly known as Belief, has praised the leadership style of the APM House of Representatives candidate for Oluyole Federal Constituency, Engr. Akeem Olatunji, following the appointment of Hon. Abdulmojeed Mogbonjubola as Chairman of the party’s Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Reacting to the development, Belief described Mogbonjubola as a tested administrator, experienced grassroots politician, and dedicated public servant whose leadership would add significant value to the party’s campaign efforts.
According to him, Engr. Olatunji’s decision to place the campaign council in the hands of Mogbonjubola reflects his commitment to competence, inclusiveness, and strategic leadership as the party prepares for future electoral contests.
Belief noted that Mogbonjubola’s wealth of experience and strong connection with the grassroots make him a fitting choice for the role.
“Hon. Abdulmojeed Mogbonjubola has consistently demonstrated leadership, dedication, and the ability to bring people together. His appointment is well deserved, and I am confident he will deliver on the responsibility entrusted to him,” Belief said.
He also congratulated the Oyo State Commissioner for Public Works and Transport, describing him as a capable and dependable leader whose experience would further strengthen the party’s structure and electoral prospects.
Belief further applauded Engr. Olatunji for what he termed a display of political maturity and foresight, noting that the composition of the campaign council reflects a deliberate effort to build a united and formidable political movement ahead of the 2026 and 2027 elections.
Expressing optimism about the future of the party, he stated that the appointment would promote unity among members, deepen grassroots mobilization, and position the APM for greater success at the polls.
He therefore urged party faithful, supporters, and stakeholders across Oluyole Federal Constituency to remain committed and work together in advancing the party’s vision and electoral objectives.
Mogbonjubola’s appointment was announced during the party’s recent ward tour across Oluyole Local Government, where the APM also received several defectors from the APC as part of its ongoing grassroots expansion and mobilization drive ahead of the 2027 general elections.
