Ayete Confers Aare Musulumi Title On Hon. Lateef Akorede, Hails Him As Exceptional Son Of Ibarapa Land
The ancient town of Ayete was agog on Sunday as prominent sons and daughters of Ibarapa land, Islamic clerics, traditional rulers, and community leaders gathered for the installation and conferment of the revered title of Aare Musulumi of Ayete on Hon. Lateef Akorede. The event was described by many as a celebration of service, humility, and commitment to the growth of Islam and the people of Ibarapa.
The decision to confer the title on Hon. Akorede was unanimously endorsed by the Ayete Muslim community and traditional institutions.
