Guitar Hero 4 Wii DLC to Feature New Songs

Shacknews carries confirmation from Vicarious Visions that the Wii edition of Guitar Hero: World Tour will support true downloadable content when it is released this Fall, meaning that it will allow users to purchase and download new songs in addition to user-created music.

“There’s downloadable content for the Wii, similar to what you’d expect, downloadable songs,” said studio CEO Karthik Bala to the publication. “The GH Tunes and the Music Studio [are] separate features.”

He, however, still would not divulge details as to how the company plans on supporting downloadable content on the console’s paltry 512MB of internal storage.

The game is due out this Fall on PS3, PS2, Xbox 360 and Wii.

Something that Game of Thrones does very well is choose its scenes wisely, which is more necessary than ever now that there are so many characters to juggle. We only have a little bit of time with each of them, so it’s imperative that the time we spend with them is as revealing as possible, or moves the plot forward in a significant way. This was especially evident last week, where each storyline moved forward not only dramatically, but interestingly. This week’s installment, ‘The Old Gods and the New,’ was a little more laid-back in its approach, which is odd considering that it featured both the sack of Winterfell by Theon, and a major riot in King’s Landing.
