E.O inspections in Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple




The Ongoing works for Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Brahmotsavams at Tiruchanoor have to be completed within a couple of days told Sri K.V.Ramanachary, Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams on Saturday. He inspected the works at Tiruchanoor along with the Officials.

He asked the Chief Engineer to arrange parking places at the entrance of Tiruchanoor and at Pudi Road for the convenience of devotees. He asked the Deputy Suptd Police to pay special attention for security arrangements. Engineering works such as laying of roads, drains, repair works to the Vahana mandapam, formation of ‘Q’ lines in necessary areas should be finished with in short time he ordered the S.E. As the number of pilgrims visit the temple during Brahmotsavams, the Health Department of TTD as well as Grama panchayath has to take necessary steps to keep the environs clean and hygienic he added.

He further informed the DPP Officials that Cultural activities should be qualitative in Asthanamandapam. Nearly 50,000 pilgrims would be provided Anna prasadam at Thollappa Gardens on panchami theertham. He asked the Annadanam Department to make the arrangements accordingly.

While speaking with media, he informed that in view of Kartheeka Brahmotsavams Dwajarohanam will be on November-24, Simhavahanam on Novmber-26, Gajavahanam on November-28, Garuda Vahanam on November-29, Rathothsavam on December-1 and Pachami Theertham on December-2. He further informed that all the arrangements for the ensuing Kartheeka Brahmotsavams will be completed with in couple days he added.

Chief Engineer Sri VSB Koteswara Rao, Addl CV & So Sri Sivakumar Reddy, Estate Officer Sri Ramachandra Reddy, SE Sri Ramesh Reddy, Local Temple Dy.EO (Sri PAT) Sri V.Chenglrayulu, and others have participated in the inspection.
