Kalyanamasthu awareness programme





To arrange tranquility of mind by the blessings of Lord Venkateswara to the prisoners in all the Jails in A.P the TTD will distribute Srivari Prasadhams and Bhagavadgeetha Books on the ensuing Diwali Day told Sri D.K.Adhikesavulu, Chairman, TTD Trust Board. Addressing the huge gathering at Kalyanamasthu meeting arranged at Kalabharathi Auditorium in Vizag by 11.00 A.M on Oct-16th , the chairman said that for the welfare of the people TTD is conducting so many good programmes such as education to nearly 20,000 students in TTD run Education Institutions, Medical facilities from its hospitals, free text books to the girls students, financial assistance to the meritorious students, distribution of Balabharathi Books to the young students to inculcate human values etc., Besides all, Kalyanamasthu is a novel programme and 20,000 brides and bridegrooms got wedlocked during the I,II,III phase of Kalyanamsthu programme he added, he appeal the public to utilize the golden opportunity and see that many more couples to be wedlocked in IV phase Kalyanamasthu programme.

He further explained about the Anandanilayam – Anantha Swarnamayam, water pipe line to the chittoor-Dist, and important decisions taken by his Board.
Sri Gurumurthy Reddy, MLA, Pendurthi, Smt RatnaKumari, MLC, Sri D.Janardhan, Mayer, Sri. Veerabrahmaiah, Joint Collector, Sri M.Anjaiah, Member TTD Trust Board, Dr.Vijayaraghavacharyulu, Secretary, D.P.P have spoken on this occasion. Later, betrothal is arranged for 8 couples, namely,

Earlier a grand procession with Nagara Sankeerthanam is arganised from TTD Kalyana Mandapam, M.V.P. Colony to Kalabharathi Auditorium. Large member of devotees joined the procession with Bajanas, kolattems, Govinda namams etc., to the venue.
