Hyderabad, 25 Sep (C.P.R.O) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Chairman Sri D.K. Audikesavulu Naidu said that the fourth phase of Kalyanamastu would be held on November, 2, 2008 in the auspicious muhurtam of Moola nakshatram and Danurlagnam between 10.55am and11.10am at all the assembly constituencies headquarters in the State. The Chairman addressed the media persons at Thiru Nilayam here on Thursday.

Speaking to the media, the Chairman said that in the last three phases of Kalyanamastu about twenty thousand couples got married with the blessings of Lord Venkateswaraswamy. Sri Audikesavulu also said the Devasthanam would provide golden Mangalasutram, silver Mattelu, new clothes to the couple,wedding feast to 60 relations of the couple in addition to providing marriage related paraphernalia like melam,veda pundits. He further said that the Kalyanamastsu would benefit many poor families in the State. The Chairman said the youth interested to get married in Kalyanamastu could get applications in MRO and MDO offices and also in TTD Kalyanamandapams and apply with relevant information. The last date for receiving application is October,21.

The TTD executive officer Sri KV.Ramanachary, TTD Trust Board members Sri Chevireddy Bhaskara Reddy, Smt T.Indira, Dr M.Anjayya, Sri K.Yadayya, Sri A.Subramanyam and dharmic council members Sri Attluri Subbarao and Sri Muralikrishnamrau were also present.
